I purchased these socks for my mother, who is 92. She has had numbness, cold, and pain in her feet ever since having open heart surgery 10 years ago. After wearing the socks for only one day, she told me she could "feel" her feet when walking for the first time in years! Plus - her feet are not cold to the touch any more. I have recommended them to a friend for his father, who is diabetic. I hope they work as well for him. I also purchased some gloves for me for neuropathy I have since having a mastectomy. It has helped relieve the pain and tingle in my hand.
