I bought these to help with my Raynaud's syndrome. When you put them on they feel GREAT and really help, but they make it hard to do much of anything so I ended up only using them to sleep or when the pain got unbearable. Plus while you sleep if you move around a lot they tend to come off during the night anyways. Consider how much use you'll be able to get out of these vs. the fingerless gloves when deciding what or how many to buy.
