Pretty amazing! I've used these little bands (at bedtime) for a month and the arthritic pain (as well as enlarged wrist nodules !) have diasappeared. I have several infared items that work in varying degrees but these little wristbands are incredible , better than ibuprophen and restored my wrists to their normal size. How did that happen?!
