Standard Shipping
Domestic Orders:
We offer two types of shipping method via US postal Mail for US customers:
- US Postal Service Flat Rate which costs $7.00 and
- US Postal Service Priority Mail which is calculated in real time depends
on the weight of the order. Priority mail in general takes 2-3 days to arrive at destination within the 48 continental US States.
We process orders within 1 business day if the order is placed between the hours of 9am-5pm US Central Standard time, Monday through Saturday.
International Orders:
We ship via airmail parcel, or priority luggage. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping cost is calculated online automatically.
Cancellations: Cancellations must occur prior to shipping of the order.

Return/Refund Policy
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, one of our regular products does not meet your expectations, you may return your items with following important notes:
- Return Time Frame: All items must be returned within 14 days of the date you receive it.
- Return Authorization: Before you shipped the goods back to us for refund, an return authorization must be obtained.
- Refund Credit: Refunds will be given within 48 hours once we receive the item.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges incurred for delivery, return, and re-orders are not refundable. This includes special shipping requests such as rush shipping.

Physical Condition: All items must be in resellable condition and in original packaging material. Items washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not refundable.
Clearance items are generally not refundable.
