Exchanges

We offer free exchange to customers within United States. For international orders, customer has to reimburse us the shipping cost for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be initiated within 14 working days on receipt of the products. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of customers. To exchange, please send the goods along with a note describing the desired goods with size/color description to:

Returns

Products sold via the Internet can be returned within 14 working days of receipt of the goods and after obtain a return authorization. Return Authorization can be obtained by filling the authorization form at return  link, or by select the "return" link under the  customer service tab at the bottom of the page. If more than one item need to be returned, please describe additional items in the "Faulty and other details" area. After submit the request authorization, don't wait for authorization email since it may get lost,  send the returning item along with the original invoice to :

100% refund will be provided as long as the goods (which include all relevant packaging and invoice) are returned in the same condition as they were dispatched. Item washed cannot be returned. Used items, Items returned beyond the grace period, and return without invoice included,  are subject to 15 - 25 % service charge.

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of customer.  Shipping cost are is not refundable.
